We produce a wide range of fencing products, including 358 security fence, 3D bend fence, welded mesh fence, chain link fence, fence posts, gates, WPC fence panels, WPC profiles, and related accessories. With separate production areas for metal fencing and WPC products, we are able to handle standard orders and customized project requirements at the same time.
Our in-stock warehouse helps us prepare regular products and commonly used accessories for faster delivery, while the packing warehouse ensures that goods are checked, matched, labeled, and packed properly before shipment. This helps reduce waiting time, avoid missing parts, and protect products during transportation.

We use mesh welding machines to produce different types of fence panels, including 358 security fence, 3D bend fence, welded mesh fence and other metal fence panels. The welding process helps keep the mesh spacing even and the welding points firm. For project orders, accurate mesh size and stable welding strength are very important, so we check the panel size, wire spacing and welding points during production to make sure the finished panels meet order requirements.
Equipped with 6 automatic mesh welding machines, we support custom wire diameters and mesh sizes for simultaneous multi-order production. Firm welding points and stable dimensions effectively avoid loose welding and dimensional errors in bulk orders. Our 700㎡ workshop machines achieve a production capacity of 50-70 cycles per minute.
Our core metal fence production & assembly workshop spans 4000 square meters with 40 skilled staff. It handles processing, surface treatment and full assembly, including welding, galvanizing, powder coating, dip coating, polishing, fitting installation and pre-packaging inspection. We supply various fences, posts, gates and metal accessories, and offer customized production per clients’ drawings, samples and specifications.
Galvanizing is a key anti-rust treatment for outdoor metal fences. It enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life for panels, posts, gates and fittings. Proper surface cleaning ensures firm zinc layer adhesion. Ideal for fences used on highways, railways, farms, industrial zones, coasts and all long-term outdoor projects.
Dip coating applies to chain link, welded mesh and garden fences. Cleaned and preheated metal products are soaked in PVC/PE material and cured to form thick protective layers. It boosts rustproof, weatherproof and scratch-resistant performance with smooth surface. Ideal for gardens, farms, sports venues and long-term outdoor fencing projects.
Powder coating delivers smooth finish and uniform color for fences, posts, gates and fittings. After surface treatment, powder is sprayed and high-temperature cured to enhance adhesion and outdoor durability. We supply standard green, black, white and grey, as well as customized RAL colors to meet different customer demands.
Fence post welding manufactures posts, base plates, brackets and gate frames. Solid precise welding ensures firm installation and overall fence stability. Our skilled workers weld strictly per drawings and specs. We inspect sizes, hole positions, weld joints and matching parts before surface treatment and assembly.
The WPC Workshop mainly produces WPC fence boards, flooring, wall claddings and decorative panels. Equipped with multiple WPC extrusion lines, it completes the whole process including raw material mixing, hot extrusion forming, cooling shaping, surface finishing, cutting and inspection. With simultaneous multi-line operation, we manufacture WPC products in various colors, textures, sizes and structures to meet diverse order requirements.
WPC fence clients focus on flat panels, stable sizes, uniform colors, clear textures and easy installation. Our workshop adopts continuous extrusion production. All products go through high-temperature shaping, surface treatment and precise cutting to ensure stable structure and consistent appearance. Multiple production lines run simultaneously to arrange orders of different specs and colors efficiently and shorten delivery time.
WPC profiles are produced through high-temperature extrusion. Wood powder, plastic material and additives are mixed and fed into the extrusion line, then formed through molds under controlled temperature and pressure. After extrusion, the profiles go through cooling, shaping, surface treatment and cutting. This process helps keep WPC boards, posts and rails stable in size, consistent in appearance and suitable for outdoor fencing, garden fencing, privacy fencing and residential projects.
After WPC profiles are extruded, cooled and shaped, they enter the back-end cutting process. The cutting equipment trims boards, posts and rails into the required lengths according to customer orders. This step is important for keeping product size accurate and making installation easier on site. For different WPC fencing projects, we can cut profiles to standard lengths or customized sizes, while checking the edges, surface condition and overall dimensions before packing.
The stock warehouse stores standard fences, fittings, posts, gates, WPC profiles, wire meshes and packaging materials. We keep sufficient inventory of regular items for fast delivery. Goods are sorted by category, size and order type for easy stock check, picking and shipment arrangement. It greatly shortens lead time, perfectly meeting urgent projects and bulk restocking demands.

The packaging workshop handles sorting, checking, packing and storage of finished goods before delivery. Fence panels, posts, gates, WPC profiles and fittings are counted, matched, labeled, reinforced and wrapped as required. We arrange goods neatly before loading. Various packing materials like cartons, pallets, straps, stretch films and cushions are available per customer needs.
The packaging warehouse inspects product quantity, appearance, accessories and packaging standards before shipment to minimize transit damage and installation issues. Neat classified packaging helps project and wholesale clients unload, count goods and install efficiently.
